Our Mortgage Training Program/LO 2 GO

LO 2 GO program is a two-week, self-paced program, that includes mortgage basics, how to calculate income and assets, how to price a loan, and how to use Encompass, among other topics. The program is designed for the RE360 participants to learn more about mortgage originations and be able to complete the course within their schedule. Included along with the courses are activities, quizzes, group meetings, coaching calls, and a 100-question final exam. All done to prepare you for your NMLS test.

  • Register as a new applicant w/NMLS, do all the necessary paperwork and review itinerary. Introduction to mentor and trainers. Complete all necessary paperwork.
 
  • Start the LO 2 GO self-paced program designed for 2 weeks, that includes mortgage basics, how to calculate income and assets, how to price a loan, and how to use Encompass, among other topics. You will have access to loan files and learn with real life examples.
 
  • Study, study, study (20 hr pre-licensing education is required to be completed to be able to take the NMLS Exam)
 
  • Take the test and PASS!!!
 
  • You will be introduced to our licensing dept and apply for state licensure.
 
  • License approved and you now have the ability to originate loans to your clients and network!!
